Who are we?

AI Brand Rating is a service that helps businesses understand how visible they are to AI models. For privacy questions: rubinator2000@gmail.com. Contact details will be updated once the company is formally registered.

What data do we collect?

  • Business name (entered by you)
  • Email address (required to run a scan)
  • Optional: industry, location, specialisation, target audience
  • Scan results: AI visibility score and subcategory scores
  • Technical: timestamp of the scan (UTC)

We do not collect cookies, location data, or browser fingerprints.

How do we use your data?

  • Running the scan — to calculate and display your AI visibility score.
  • Email confirmation — we send your scan results to your email address.
  • Monthly updates — only if you explicitly opted in via the checkbox.
  • Payment processing — if you unlock the full report via Stripe.

Legal basis (GDPR)

  • Running the scan + confirmation email — performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)
  • Monthly updates — consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR); you can withdraw this at any time

How long do we keep your data?

Scan data is retained as long as it is relevant to the service. We will establish a concrete retention period and update this policy. You can always request deletion by email.

Who receives your data?

We share your data with the following processors, solely to deliver the service:

  • Anthropic — AI analysis
  • Stripe — payment processing
  • Resend — email delivery
  • Vercel / Neon — hosting and database (servers in EU/US)

We never sell your data to third parties.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data. Email rubinator2000@gmail.com and we'll respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.

We may update this policy. The date at the top reflects the most recent version.
